MonoGPT handles personal information and conversation data within the scope needed to provide the service. Understand what information is collected, used, and retained before using the service and its sharing features.

Handle data carefully

A conversation or attachment can contain business and personal information, so confirm that the material may be shared before entering it. For a document or image created by someone else, also confirm that you have permission to upload and use it.

Review and manage your data

1. Review the entire conversation before creating a share link.
2. Do not enter or attach sensitive information that is not needed.
3. Remove conversations and material that you no longer need from your account.

Check your company’s permitted scope before uploading work material. Documents, GPTs, and conversations can have different sharing controls; distinguish organization sharing from an external share link. Remove unnecessary names, contact details, and access information. Refer to the current privacy policy and your organization’s rules, and review the scope of the protection settings in use.
