Create a practical Excel sheet

Sheets may currently show an internal-validation access restriction. Check which features are available to your account before starting.

Check the current screen

This is the restricted-access screen. Creation cannot continue from this state.

Start a spreadsheet task

1. For existing Excel or CSV analysis, follow the data analysis guide using chat attachments.
2. For a new workbook, check whether Excel document is available in Document generation.
3. Specify worksheets, column names, formulas, totals, and output format.
4. Open the result and inspect formulas, references, date formats, and totals.

Example

Create a monthly production-planning workbook with Plan, Actual, and Monthly Summary sheets. Include product code, date, planned quantity, and actual quantity. Explain achievement-rate formulas and zero handling. Clearly label example rows as sample data.

If it does not work

Ask your administrator about app permissions if the feature is missing or restricted. Independently verify calculations and referenced ranges before using a generated workbook.
